After I have marked the errors and inconsistencies, I will return the document to you for your review. As an author myself, I recognize that some ‘errors’ are actually a matter of choice that makes sense for a particular character. I understand the need to retain artistic license over our own writing. I am not interested in dictating how you should tell your story. Therefore, I do not edit. I simply proofread and provide feedback as described herein.
Writing
I will do small writing projects as needed for clients.
Research
I will do online and locally accessible research for clients when that service is requested.
Typing
I will transcribe your written or dictated document into a typed document at your request.
Data Entry
I will enter your data into a database or spreadsheet at your request.
Creating Educational and Promotional Documents
After discussing your project, I will create a brochure, newsletter, or other document for your use in educating the public about your event or business.
How Do My Services Work

For new clients or those with a large project, I find samples to be of value to both the client and myself. In this case, I will proofread a 1000-word sample first, so you will be able to see the quality of the work I provide. This also allows me to determine if I can complete your project in the required time.

Fees will vary depending on the scope of the project. However, you will receive a quote prior to me beginning the work. This will allow you to make an informed decision on whether or not to hire me for your project.
